Remaining coins will be burned so there are 2 things which can happen:
1) You are going to lose your coins.
2) People who swapped their coins will have better percent of total FAIL supply.

Send me your wallet.dat file ASAP! You can see my e-mail which I just send to you on PM. That's the best thing I can do for you.

14 Blocks mined, transactions to Empoex in my wallet shows as completed, but still pending on exchange.
