You don't need the wallet, just the daemon and your wallet address. I have many daemons mining to the same address.

Quazarcoin is the fork of the latest BCN rep version. All the commits in Monero at the period between last BCN commit and QCN launch were done just to add BCN's new things to MRO. So your statement is not right, sorry

The source code for hash function is exactly the same as in Monero, an increase of almost 2 comparing to original hash function.

There was a discussion that Monero binaries are compiled with some other compiler (Intel most likely), I don't have it at the moment.

These commits are almost irrelevant, don't worry, I'll get them soon.

Binaries should be recompiled to catch up with Monero, the source code is the same. I'll ask NoodleDoodle to help with that asap.
