Try to get your money back directly from them. IANAL but it seems that they are REQUIRED by law to refund even if they are on the verge of shipping. If they have not shipped they need to refund. ENSURE your rights by sending them a certified letter requesting the refund NOW. |

Wasn't BFL going to give preorder people a Monarch imperial and the regular monarch? If not in all honesty it is only worth 1.5btc. Like the guy above jump on that class action suit and/or try to get refund from them.

I have a feeling BFL just delays all the release information of their products so they can get some mining time in. Most companies do this now which is sad. I would suggest to buy from a company with a reputation to protect and that have products in stock. |
