You should open this up as a bet on one of those Bitcoin prediction betting sites. I'd definitely put money down on them going down by the end of this year.

I figured at some point bfl would go bust and with all the complaints I definitely see to happening pretty soon. They'd have to pay lawyers to defend them and it doesn't seem they like paying anyone to do

For some reason I read the title as BFL filing for bankruptcy NOW. It turned out to be just a poll and not confirmed.

I do hope these sleezbags go out of business ASAP.
