Don't think so that he reads It. If satoshi is creator of bitcoin he knows everything about It and If he needs people opinion about It major things are published on popular news portals which also come here. Maybe he comes here sometimes anonymously, who knows.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I think that he is a member here and might actually be posting from time to time. You can't really know if a member is actually him.
I would stay hidden in the community as well.
