Hi there, As I have been receiving quite a few requests over PM and mail I decided to open a dedicated thread to answer questions rather then monitoring three threads with separate questions If you have ordered with Bitmine AG and did file a refund request with them you can now also list them on www.bitminerefund.com so that we together can create transparency about their open refunds to customers. I work in my spare time on this website so please be gentle [ 08-05-2014] Initial version of the website [ 09-05-2014] Created separate pages [ index , submission page, small faq ] [ 09-05-2014] Submission page improved to submit refunds which not yet got confirmed by Bitmine [ 09-05-2014] Global US Dollars counter on top right of the site showing sum of US Dollars owed over the verified refund listing [ 09-05-2014] Minor fix for mobile devices [ 10-05-2014] Within two days we reached more then $100.000 in refunds on the verified listing! [ 10-05-2014] Small issue with pagination now having color indication [ 10-05-2014] Working on handy notification system when submitting refund orders with no confirmation date yet [ 10-05-2014] Basic twitter bot feature waiting for Twitter API 1.1 keys to be fully automated [ 10-05-2014] Added privacy mode to order submission (hide your last digit from the order number in the listing) [ 11-05-2014] Twitter bot now operational with API 1.1 keys, expect automated updates on Twitter about passing due dates and new listings [ 15-05-2014] 50btc.com reseller added [ 20-05-2014] In less then two weeks more then $200.000 in verified refunds listed! Thank you for all the feedback and suggestions!

It seems that Bitmine.ch like to play with the nerves of the customers. No sign of refund + penalities for my order #3876 from December 4, 2013 , delivery February week 3 batch #2 No sign of delivery of the Coincraft Desk + CPP .. Or Bitmine.ch just stole my money ? Hei, Bitmine.ch are you in the "silenzio stampa" ?

Bitminerefund lists payment types only. All these four refunds were made by wire transfers.

These guys do not pay, have carried out one of the biggest scams to me owe me about 5000 €. I think I'm going to sue, and I do not think we get anything with this type of people who do not even have kindly reply to emails.

anyone got their refund I am waiting since may.... they promised to make refund on 2nd week October 2014.....
no, they were spending my money buying some piece of land in Iceland for their cloud business... and that Keerim that is on the phone, laughing at the customer misfortune....always saying that he is only a worker.....but he is being payed for that, like a poor dog without self-respect.
So you can try to imagine for a moment, that you have born only pass through the history as a doubtful developer, but certainly scammer, not the best one of course, they only dare with the little ones.....and by email......
I am starting to think that I prefer loosing my money with some lawyer if that makes easier to people to realize how they are.
Good Luck to everybody.

depends on how much money they owe you and how much you would loose by using their cloud hashing service... (vs the legal costs)
