We don't have any limits . There are people trading 20K a day. We also allow people to buy MTG coupons with wire transfers and SEPA wires, and we only require them to upload a scan of their ID (no need for notarized and/or apostle and/or mailing stuff). This might be a good alternative for people not wanting to go through that process.
