What does that even mean? You are selling the view? Or you are selling the land? Is there a warranty deed?
Do you have to be a Mexican citizen to own the land?
I'd like to know more about this. We buy and sell property for bitcoin regularly.

We sell the land and the price is for the land only, not for the house. Because, as you can see, the house is in bad conditions.
You don't need to be a Mexican citizen to own the land, by the laws of Mexico needs to be a warranty deed to sell any property.
Any doubts you have you can tell us.

Thanks. This looks great. Remind me if I missed this. But how would the transaction be completed? At closing, do we meet in person? Or do you use escrow? I would like to look at the property, but I will be on the east coast for the next 3 weeks. I will keep my eye on this. Thanks! The transaction should be completed in person and with lawyers at both sides. If you like to see the property please set a date, or if you like we can take video of the place.

thats interesting, you need to be a citizen to own property but don't need to be a citizen to own the land
what are they protecting? I just always assumed the property requirement was about the land

^ What are you talking about? Mexico is a great place. They have Cancun. And also some of the richest people reside there. Of course, all their wealth is in cash, drugs, or guns. Obviously never in a bank.
