(for example ten users with 0.1 in a one game to have 1 as a bankroll) to allow little users to seriously invest in the bankroll (and not go broke from few roles before the rules of numbers are in effect.

I haven't go through the mathematics here, but at first glance, with something like a 0.9% fee, it's quite a low possibility for game creator to go broke if they divide their funds in to 100 blocks. Say someone have 1 btc, he can create 100 games, 0.01btc each, and do that over and over again, and be profitable in the long run.
