Hi depending on the registrar, you can normally push to another account on their website making internal transfers possible. Registrar to registrar is different.

Good luck selling your domain!

You can easily push to buyer's account at the same registrar.If its Namecheap or Godaddy its really easy.No need to wait for 60 days to transfer between registrars.
