Hello peoples, this is my second post here so be gentle.
I am Aris, we played around a bit with the typical high/low dice type approach to online games, we would like to spend a little time finding out what people suggest is a good signature program and how much seems to be the going rate.
Does anyone have any tips or can point me to a good guide on how to run a good signature campaign?
Regards

Well, your site should have reputation, no scamming record, and your rates need to be reasonable. (0.0006-0.0008 BTC/post for Full Members). Payments every month, and if possible, weekly, since that's loads better.

Although it is just slightly outdated, you can check here for each campaign's rates: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=333916.0I recommend running a campaign based around a minimum amount of posts and a fixed payment amount, since pay-per-posts are looked down upon a lot by mods. In fact, a few dozen bans were given out to participants of PPP campaigns (I am not sure how much other campaigns were affected).

Well, your site should have reputation
reputation is something we are keen to build, this obviously will take some time. I understand this website also white lists websites, though I am not sure of that process. Can anyone point me in that direction? If there is a trusted user here that has some time to spend with us then we can pay them to conduct a review with us and test the processes we use to depost, withdrawer, the games themselves and of course our instant affiliate payment tracking etc. no scamming record,
This is the hot topic at the moment, It's reall sad when people scam others. For me I am more worried about avoiding any issue before i say anything. I am not sure the best way to go. Slowly with one or two people and then increase perhaps. Would organising some kind of escrow with a very trusted member of this be a solution to eleviate any fears? With our affiliate program we developed it to have instant payouts whenever an affiliate chooses to avoid any kind of trust issues, this is th and your rates need to be reasonable. (0.0006-0.0008BTC/post for Full Members).
I can offer 0.0010 per post for full members, I would like to offer double that or the more senior members on this forum. Perhaps even offer a one time payment for reviewing our signature program and or site for the others on the forum? Payments every month, and if possible, weekly, since that's loads better.
Weekly for sure. As i stated above, we should find a way to show our genuine spirit. If anyone can help me find a trusted moderator or something to solve this, I will truly appreciate the help.

Might want to fix that. You could have someone else run the campaign (someone with more reputation) or just use a reputable escrow. Either of those options should be fine. Do take a look at my previous post, though. EDIT: OP fixed the quotes.

Thanks. Reading with big eyes :-) I recommend running a campaign based around a minimum amount of posts and a fixed payment amount, since pay-per-posts are looked down upon a lot by mods.
This i am presuming is the minimum amount of posts they have made on this site total? correct? The fixed payment amount for those posts would have a duration period i am guessing? This would be a weekly payment period for those posts? I certainly don't want to encourage any spam or get booted from the forum. Thanks for mentioning this. It is appreciated. In fact, a few dozen bans were given out to participants of PPP campaigns (I am not sure how much other campaigns were affected).
Perhaps i should try to avoid this by speaking with the mods first.

Put the money you wish to pay out with a trusted escrow, and/or pay weekly. There are a couple of people who run signature campaigns here on behalf of others. EvilPanda is one and currently operates at least two deals.
RitzGrandCasino is currently the highest paying confirmed deal and his rates are as follows:
Hero members 0.0013 BTC Per constructive post. Sr member 0.0011 BTC Per constructive post. Full Members 0.0007 BTC Per constructive post. Members 0.0005 BTC Per constructive post.
However, Updownbit has a new deal and pays 10000 satoshis more per post but his first payouts will be on Thursday, so until then it's not confirmed whether he is legitimate or not.
You don't necessarily have to better or match these rates if your campaign has other benefits.

Perhaps i should try to avoid this by speaking with the mods first. Check out the "Meta" sub-forum to see complaints of people who have been banned for being in these campaigns along with explanations by mods. By minimum amount of posts I mean that participants are required to create at least a certain amount of posts for a certain period of time in order to get paid at the end of the month. For example, if the required number of posts is 50 with a payout of 1 BTC (hypothetical, of course), users get paid nothing for posting anything less than 50, they get paid 1 BTC for making 50 posts, and get paid 1 BTC as well for making 100 posts total. So long as it is over the limit, they get paid the same amount. This discourages users from spamming, since you are not getting paid for any posts over the limit. A few examples of this method can be found in this sub-forum, such as GAWMiners and LuckyBit, if you want to take a look. Both of these require 50 posts minimum per month for a payout between 0.04 BTC and 0.1 BTC depending on the member's rank.

A pay per post campaign is good for members, but most likely will be exploited by spammers. I would say a fixed rate per month for full members and above would be the best campaign for you from a business perpective. Find a sig designer to design an eye catching sig and then deposit a few btc to a trustworthy escrow and start asking members to join. Rates for each member group is up to you, I think the going rate for 50 posts a month is 0.1 for hero/senior and 0.05 for full members.

I have been with Primedice for awhile and really like it.
If you are going to break into this area you may want to try things differently than what most other folks are doing.
For example, you may want to consider weekly payments rather than monthly. This would allow you to build up your reputation.
Lots of people abuse these types of programs, so rather than have it be open, you may want to just try and recruit people rather than have an open call.
You also may want to have much lower limits for how many posts. Most programs have 50 as the minimum to get paid. You may want to try a lower minimum as well as a lower maximum. There are more and more complaints about spamming.
Finally, you may just want to start by advertising on the forums rather than doing a paid signature campaign.
Good Luck!

I agree with those above about the weekly payouts. Personally, I wouldn't mind joining a campaign that paid slightly less if it paid weekly. This is one of the reasons why BitMixer (now killed by competition) was so successful at first.

I will send a message to EvilPanda once i got a sense of who are all the trusted people. I have a max post limit currently which makes it really hard to actually talk with anyone. RitzGrandCasino is currently the highest paying confirmed deal and his rates are as follows:
Hero members 0.0013 BTC Per constructive post. Sr member 0.0011 BTC Per constructive post. Full Members 0.0007 BTC Per constructive post. Members 0.0005 BTC Per constructive post.
This will be interesting it seems, I can the problem with per posts as the "per constructive post" is subjective for payment, for the forum owners and for us also. I am keen to avoid any kind of friction point with anyone. However, Updownbit has a new deal and pays 10000 satoshis more per post but his first payouts will be on Thursday, so until then it's not confirmed whether he is legitimate or not.
Thanks for the pointer, this part is something of interest to me. We have realtime affiliate statistics and instant affiliate payments, no need for waiting for money. If you are owed anything at any time then you can withdraw instantly. It is a shame we can't do better than weekly like we do with everything else. Anyone have any better way we can approach this? II don't like the idea of people waiting for the week to end to see if they will get paid etc? I think for the moment, escrow with more trusted users will solve this for the moment, though it would be nice to see what else can be done. You don't necessarily have to better or match these rates if your campaign has other benefits.
If anyone has any idea what those benefits might look like then let me know, for the moment I am too tired to offer cuddles. Aris

Aris To add to what he said, howzar is also running a campaign, although I do not trust him completely (yet). EvilPanda has a longer history than him in these regards. About the benefits, that's really up to you. Maybe a loyalty program such as increasing payment for each consecutive month/week. I am not sure if what you said about not being able to do more than weekly was an error, but weekly itself is already quite good.

Thanks for the pointer, this part is something of interest to me. We have realtime affiliate statistics and instant affiliate payments, no need for waiting for money. If you are owed anything at any time then you can withdraw instantly.good. Maybe be the first person to offer daily payouts then? You'll probably need a bot to do it though. Being able to use affiliate links is a big plus too. We've been waiting a while to be able to use them on PD. To add to what he said, howzar is also running a campaign, although I do not trust him completely (yet). EvilPanda has a longer history than him in these regards. Well I was going to suggest Howzar as well but he's currently banned so that's not looking good. If you wanted to give your deal the extra edge without breaking the bank you could also offer a raffle for everyone who joins. Like, for every person who takes part in the signature campaign is automatically entered into a raffle to win a Bitcoin (or whatever) at the end of the month. Maybe you get 1 ticket for every 100 posts or something. You also don't have to pay per post but it's hard finding a balance between something that is worth it to both the users and you as an advertiser. I look forward to what you come up with though.

I would suggest you look at a pay per post option - it might not be a popular choice with mods (tendency to promote spam) but if you set tough guidelines and enforce them people will back off from simply mindlessly spamming. It also gives you reasonably good exposure - nearly everyone has heard of PD thanks to their campaign.
Your rates will have to be competitive, at least early on. Use a known escrow to ensure funds are there to pay people. Finally, make sure you follow your payment time - people tend to get fustrated if you can't follow your payout terms.

Please do not pay per post ! Way too much spam because of that. Also other things like "bonus for the one with most posts" are really terrible IMO. Please do not promote spam.
I personally only use signature programs that just pay per month and have a reasonable(!) minimum posts per month (50 is really the max I would join.)
I have been in 3 different programs that were all run by EvilPanda and I like his program rules (never pay per post, just a fair min.) So perhaps he can help you with it. Also good for trustworthiness of your program (if you give him the bitcoins in advance) so people don't have to doubt you.
Monthly/weekly doesn't matter to me.
