The hardcoded dns seed dnsseed.bitcoin.dashjr.org is misconfigured:
Code:
dnsseed.bitcoin.dashjr.org. 40000 IN    NS      dnsseed.bitcoin.dashjr.org.

This is wrong because not all wallet is a dns-seeder!

Please point the ns to the valid dns-seed server.
It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
