Hi guys,
About two months I opened an account with coin.mx to be able to buy small amounts of BTC with my credit card. The amount of hassle they have given me since then is beyond believable. First it begins with the fact that their customer service can do nothing to help you and they are rude. They are extremely inconsiderate.

Second, I did not want my credit cards easily linked and able to be used as they are now, literally one press of a button and boom a purchase is made. I talked to live support to close my account they tell me to email support. I emailed support 3 times no response to removing my credit cards linked.

I then send two emails asking for my account to be closed and again no response.

I go to withdraw funds from a $20 purchase I made a month later, figuring I'll give them another chance. They charge me the standard 0.001 BTC withdraw fee that they've always had. BUT THIS TIME, they send my BTC with 0 fee. ZERO FEE. They charge me a fee FOR NOTHING and can't even pay 4 cents, the standard 0.0001 transaction fee?! I AM DONE WITH THEIR SERVICE.

I again contacted customer support who was again unhelpful. They gave me the same unresponsive email and phone number to contact. I have sent another email and left another voice mail. In 48 hours if my account is still open, I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and any authorities I can to get my account closed with them. Completely unprofessional, unethical, and beyond unhelpful.

DO NOT USE COIN.MX!

Get sick. Get well.

Looks like early signs of a scam... this needs to be in the scam section so it gets more eyeballs. Storing credit card info (including the security code) and not letting you remove it raises too many flags.

How are they able to accept credit card payments anyway; how do they not get hit with chargebacks?

lol I like the "Iron clad security" with a "Norton secured" icon:

...oh look here are some other Iron clad websites:
