I purchased 2 50 chip Avalon3 modules a week ago. They arrived quickly (shipped next day via DHL) and are working well. They do generate a lot of heat and noise however so be aware of this if your planning to mine with them at home.

Actually, the prices did drop a little bit. A week ago the 290 GH miners were 0.71. Today they're 0.69. Still a small amount, but it's still a price drop. The most dramatic was the Avalon2 at 0.18 for 105 GH. That's about 80 bucks for 105. Around 2 BTC per Thash is pretty cheap to me.
