Really you are better off using an exchange, intersango.com is the most trustworthy and has the best security record, also they pretty much have the best customer service.

why not? I have sold online through the forum before, and all was positive. if people are buying videocards why not buy bitcoins?

when buying bitcoins using interac at least if i try to scam someone you can probably get my info if needed as it went through the bank...but if your buying a videocard, where is your safety net?

does this mean buying anything using bitcoins is a bad idea?

going through an exchange also takes too much time to get the money into the bank.
