Based on the title of "music festival", I thought it was just another Dank. But it does look like you're actually serious.

The OP would be better off acquiring a legitimate loan from a bank and he will probably receive lower interest rates and financial certainty/security regarding the loan (government run banks aren't always a bad thing).
