Good review for Kraken.com

I have been wanting to write a review about kraken.com, I used it a couple of times and I have to say that their customer support is superb, there banking is super fast and in general it is a very good exchange. Unlike btc-e.com which I believe to be very unreliable and their customer support sucks. They have screwed up a deposit on me, it has been 15 day's since I transferred funds to their account to be deposited into my account so I could buy some bitcoin. I made a support ticket 5 day's ago and still no reply They do sell bitcoin fairly cheap though.

But once my deposit shows up I will not be using btc-e again they are just rubbish. From now on I will only be using kraken.com as i find them the easiest and most helpful

Do not be so fast If you used them just a few times especially. They block accounts for silly reasons without alert and to recover the accounts they ask many silly inappropriate questions....

Yeah, you are true, it is not a single case a number of people have faced the same problem, We should not have to rely on these services for our bitcoin to exchange there, there are a number of other exchanges at there which are more better.

Yeah, you are true, it is not a single case a number of people have faced the same problem, We should not have to rely on these services for our bitcoin to exchange there, there are a number of other exchanges at there which are more better.

Were the accounts blocked for a valid reason? Something like suspicious volumes or direct transfers to DNM?

Aside from a very slow start (long TTB), I've had no problems with Kraken as of yet.

Can you expand on this? I've used Kraken for a while with no problems...
