How to give multiple people rights to edit an ANN post

Is it possible to give multiple people the rights to edit the first post in a discussion thread?

If so, how do I set this up

It's not possible.

You can create a separate account to start a new thread, and share the login & password with those people (assuming you can trust them not to change the account email and password, and not to get hacked).
