Compiled PiggyCoin but it throws Recovery Exception Upon Running

I'm having trouble compiling under Windows. It compiles the qt .exe but throws this exception:

EXCEPTION: 22DbRunRecoveryException
DbEnv::open: DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery
...PiggyBank.exe in Runaway exception

I tried deleting the roaming directory and letting it re-install with no luck. Any Ideas?

This is my deps folder I'm not sure why it's happening:
-Boost_1_53
-Berkeley DB 4.8
-Openssl-1.0.1e

The error is gone after updating to the latest Mingw release but the .exe won't open nothing happens.

I'm fairly sure it has something to do with the Berkely DB Version. I've compiled on windows before, but I had to reformat. It seems everything is setup the same.. I'm confused.
