There is no exchange at the moment, though I've heard of one under development. But there are people here who can exchange them for you with some overhead: just make a post on the Currency Exchange subforum and mention the amount you wish to exchange.

Edit: Actually, for exchanging BTC to INR, Crypto X Change might work (see above).
