Ernie Tertelgte/Ernie Wayne Tertelgte/Eustace Conway Is The Natural Living Man
------------------------------------------------------
The Natural Living Man is a man who livs off what natures gives, grows, harvest, hunt and fish to feed himself and his group. He's a peaceful man who loves traditions and his land.
He apparently has a degree in english and anthropology, and in my view he speaks quite clearly and eloquently, and he really enjoys his work and his lifestyle.
He's been featured on History channel or Discovery/not sure which - but I'm sure anyone could find out if they googled a bit.
He takes in people who would not fit in elsewhere or wants different input in life and give them food and housing if they help him with the work around the property.
And he teaches them blacksmithing, woodcarving etc.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zuy_2Cq8HAAhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=06VzxxDTnB8Basically, after he was featured on TV, officials saw this and didn't want to have anything of it so to speak, so they needed to inspect, apparently some neigbour complained about something as well, but since there's no neighbours for miles apparently one might wonder if it was the TV fame that caused the complaint (jealousy).
The Natural Man's stance is that he's governed by the Universal Law, or Natural Law if you would have it, and that there's no government allowed to govern him. He says he's free to do what he wants in nature, in terms of fishing, hunting and making crops.
The raids from govt. thugs have apparently been triggered by the wish for ensuring that he's safe and those living there's safe as well, and there's been govt. complaints on the fact that there's no plumbing, electricity and that the houses are not built to housing codes.
And when he was approached by some official guard asking him for a fishing license, he claimed he had none, and did not intend to get one as nature law is what he abides to.
So naturally, he ended up in court, where he basically owns the judge if you want to look at it from a humourou standpoint. But obviously the whole ordeal with the law is taking a toll on him, and apparently he had to shut down his operations for one entire year while issues were sorted out.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cVMxG2HuCcYHere are my viewpoints:
- I agree with him that man should be free and use natural resources anyway he wishes as long as its done responsibly and for useful purposes.
- I also agree that there should be noone forcing him to act against what he wants to do with his life and time.
- At the same time, the law should be equal for everyone, although we do know that it's not - the rich usually get off easier. So not prosecuting him, at least if acknowledged officially, might not've run well with the public image. Look at that man in the woods that's above the law!
- But if the officials in Montana(?) had been smart, they could've discretely put any complaints about his preserve in the bin, or just sent one official to have a friendly chat with him about what was going on there, and I'm pretty sure it could've been sorted out in a very friendly manner.
- If the natural man was smart and didn't want such disturbances in his life, he's simply just kept a much lower profile, and never surfaced on TV.
- I admire him for standing up for what he really believes in. It's quite apparent that many feel sorry for him and empathize with him. After all, he's doing nothing wrong as far as I can see. So I'd say just let the man be. I remember on TV he said: "I would fight for this land with my life". And I admire that - he's put his sould and heart into this.
Immediately when I saw it, I felt that I wanted to help and/or support him somehow. All he really wants is to go around his business with nobody else bothering him. I guess he should not be given any special treatment, but common.
http://freepatriot.org/2014/01/30/watch-living-natural-man-jailed-30-days-failure-remove-hat/The Natural Man, Ernie Wayne Tertelgte has been in jailed for contempt of court. At a hearing that was a follow-up to his November 18th hearing, he was supposed to be charged for fishing without a licence. This time, the judge did not allow cameras in the court room, and there have been only foreign media reports on the outcome. The judge told him to remove his hat and he refused. According to the foreign papers, he was thrown on the ground and handcuffed while in court for failure to remove his hat and is now in jail for 30 days for contempt of court.
Isn't it good that they bring someone fishing miles from where anywhere else lives into a courtroom to make him know he has to bow to his masters? Also it's nice to see what you're force to the ground if you don't remove your hat. We can't have people around that don't abide to the laws the masters have set!
/sarcasm
And then to add insult to story he was jailed for 30 days for contempt of the court. Well, he's a stubborn son of a bitch, but he's not a dangerous or bad person. He just wants to go about his daily business living his life, far away from most people.
For those unfamiliar with the notion of the natural man, the law of 1871, and other matters, Ernie Wayne Tertelgte gave a presentation a year ago that is packed full of information. It begins with the hierarchy of man using the Bible and the Declaration of Independence. It is a three-hour video, but a far more valuable discussion than watching regular television.
