LOL you just thought that coin is stuck at 174 and now you don't believe it's 4 min per block?
It's not stuck, blocks just extremely slow - now it's at 175

Current time per block is 4+ minutes - that's why blockchain is only at 175 yet.

acidpool runs fast, if you can't connect there is something wrong at your side.

Well, 2.5 hours ago blockchain height was 168, now it's 180. Only 12 blocks were added in 150 min which is around 12.5 minutes per block, definitely not 60 seconds
