For now it's rather stable version with our own features.
Dev is working on the new version. It will be released after the 1.* version of Nxt is considered stable by most users.
BTW, there are increased fake assets of Nxt after the AE released, which remains disputable and needs improvement.
Our new version of N2 based on Nxt v1.1+ will fix the AE issues by adding quality certificate and punishment mechanism.
