If the coins are cheap, someone can buy em all with a few coins. So I think higher price is ok.
I think Simcoin is the one which really cheating us out of btc. N2 dev is much better than Sim dev.
you didn't get the point. he is changing the rules, after the ipo officially ended, because he is greedy. |

The IPO changes are just killing this coin. I am not buying 35 stakes for sure. Its now just a meaningless pump and dump Nxt-clone. It will follow NAS, NHZ, etc into nowhere.

In the opening post it says in relation to distributing extra coins to investors in the situation where not all stakes are sold after the IPO closes:
"after the closing of the IPO, if there are only 1,000 investors, 1 billion n2coins will still be distributed to them.
The remaining 0.5 billion will be divided into three parts: 45% will be evenly distributed to 1,000 investors"
How do you treat someone who buys 35 stakes? Do they count as 1 investor, or 35 (coz they bought 35 stakes)?
I think it should be per stake, not per person, so if someone buys 35 stakes they should get 35 extra shares if there are unsold coins to distribute, but I want to check before I buy 35 stakes.

If you are willing to buy 35 stakes, then its more money for the dev and he will change the terms as you wish.  He is likely to change the terms as and when needed so that he can earn the most. This coin has lost the fair distribution tag now and will be flushed down soon |

I want to fuck you. shitcoin. You cant ask for your btc again... You get what you paid for. To be honest, i think the change of IPO it´s unfair, but you get your coins so it´s to late. That´s the risk of invert in an ipo without scrow. |
