Oh really it is good news? It means that bitcoin activity will be taxed, and you will pay license fee. Is is really that good?

I don't think it's good news. Bitcoin should not go down the road of special laws. There is no end to that road.  Undecided

Obtaining a license is the same as asking permission. Pass.

New York is a joke, just boycott it.

Exactly. Money they didn't steal is *NOT* lost revenue. It was never theirs to begin with. To be fair, DC sees peasant's earnings the same way. They'll graciously allow you to keep some of what you earned, provided you don't get greedy. Roll Eyes You may of course keep nearly all of your earnings if you're in "the club". Peasants need not bother applying.

Yeah they should require business that make over a certain number after a year, this should be great for some owners who make less to save on merchant processing fees, pageants should have not to need to apply for these licenses.

Exactly. This is all about registering its subjects for future consumption, harassment, and evening out the benefits of Bitcoin by handicapping it with regulations so that banks again can compete with it. DON'T DO IT! ITS A TARP!
