Looking for Someone to Setup Wordpress Sites Quickly

Looking to setup a bunch of sites.

What needs to be done for each site:

1. Install Wordpress
2. Install a different theme for each one. Theme must have blog posts on homepage.
3. Go to Waybackmachine and pull content. Create at least 5 pages with old content.
4. Install redirection plugin, redirect any incoming high value links to either homepage or appropriate inner pages
5. Create a "About me" Page. Roughly 500 words of content. Basically biography about "you as a blogger."
6. Create a TOS and PP using generator, Add to site.
7. Add content to each site that I will give you.
8. Make sure site looks "decent"

I will be paying a flat rate per site.
