Is the premine only the 100,000 that will be given away? Also what will happen to any remaining coins from the premine if they are not all claimed at initial distribution?

The dev will dump them on you along with all the other coins he holds.

This pool has issues with payouts on coins.  He still owes me approximately 10k Liberty, and has ignored the emails that he keeps requesting be sent to him.  I would be VARY wary of mining on this pool.
