on which pool have biggest hashrate ?? i can see on Dedicated any other ? the pool list which is mention on OP , only dedicated pool have 3gh then rest of 23gh  divided on which pool lol 

But dedicaed have not update block information for a long time, I don't know whether my coins is safe, I am still mine it in their pool.

Hmm, well it says right here in the premine documentation (https://www.facebook.com/notes/rightcoin-dev/document-premine-coins/1375615199394847) that certain amounts of coins are pulled out for the giveaways and pools etc. It seems to match up, let me know if im wrong tho. for example, 5000 was moved out of the wallet like it says.

I asked bittrex the exchange and they said none of the RTC premine coins have been moved there. I don't believe there is any other significant exchange where the the premine could be sold, so I will take them at their word for now.
