I've always used Cryptsy, and I'm a longstanding member over there. I have never had a single problem with them, although so members do complain from time to time.

I have always heard about Cryptsy leading the way, though I have not tried it myself Smiley

We've reviewed several exchanges, we don't list any known 2nd-rate exchange.

I've used 5 of the 10 exchanges listed on that page. I've never personally had problems with any of them. I prefer MintPal and Poloniex more than I do the others. Basically, I recommend the above link.

I think Mintpal is the best, never heard any complains about lost deposit or withrawals. While other exchanges have a lot of issues.

It seems like only the newer users ever had issues with them. I didn't have one whatever I wanted to do there. I'm still using it and plan to in the future, there is no need to switch over to some other exchange.

#1. Is Cryptsy, hands down. https://www.cryptsy.com/ With closing in on 3000 trades I can safely say that I fully
trust in Cryptsy.com

#2 The other USA based and fully regulatory compliant Crypto Exchange that also offers Bitcoin to fiat and fiat to
Bitcoin with ACH through a major USA Bank is  https://www.atomic-trade.com/.

I have already been fully approved with my ID documents already sent in to Atomic Trade.

As a side note Cryptsy is now starting to roll out Bitcoin to fiat (dollars) and fiat to Bitcoin trading too, for fully
confirmed and documented customers.

Atomic Trade just started up a  few months ago but they have links on their site to verify that they are fully
regulatory compliant. I haven't done any follow up due diligence yet nor traded yet with Atomic Trade but I am
very confident that their fully legit, unlike a long list of others that are not, and that have robbed a very long list
of their customers.

So finally we have two Exchanges operating in broad daylight and striving to be in full legal compliance with USA
laws.

Do your own due diligence people. Always verify. Don't trust anyone on the internet. Always Verify, verify, verify.

A very long list of people have been swindled, ripped off, scammed and conned out of a whole lot of Bitcoins and
various Alt coins. Don't let it happen to you if you can possibly help it.

There is another thread here today on this same topic, with a link to an article.
The only thing I question in that article is to dare trust any Exchange that doesn't operate in broad daylight. But
instead operate in the shadows without so much as listing any business address, or even a phone or fax number.
Much less who owns them or who are their company officers. I will let the reader figure out the rest themselves.

Cryptsy have high fees, lot of anoying bots trading there and now you are limited to 20k USD withdrawals at month if you dont want to upload your ID and adress to their "safe" server. Personaly i dont care for being indentified by USA goverment but i dont think there is safe server on internet. Even Pentagon "safe" servers was hacked before. Mintpal is good with lower fees and if they improve their security (regarding recent hack of VRC deposit) it is far better place than Craptsy for trading altcoins.
