Mine took 7 days to arrive which is under 10 I guess so there's that. They are pretty awful at answering emails on support stuff and are very spotty on client communication. For instance, they said I was a "founder" but no coupon and no answer to an email asking about the coupon.
Yeah, for reference all of my orders have arrived within the prescribed time, but today was the second time I got a blade in ~48 hours from HK, which is freaking amazing considering it took Amazon five days to get me a package from VA to NJ.
