Example, say at cryptsy I place an order to buy doge at 102 satoshis, 1 BTC worth. There are a total of 7BTC worth of buy orders at that price, including mine. Let's say someone sells 1 BTC worth of doge at that price, filling 1 BTC worth of the 7 BTC of buy orders. How does the system determine who to credit the buy order to? Is it a queue system where the oldest order gets filled first?

First in, First out.  That is how they should be doing it, it is the only fair or equitable way of doing that.

I'm confused. Does that mean the newest orders are filled or the oldest?
