I think it would be a good idea for crypto exchanges to make it possible for people to transfer their fiat balances over to other exchanges by using a cryptocurrency that is pinned to each fiat currency.


For example: 1 Eurocoin = 1 Euro and 1 Usdcoin = 1 US dollar.

They could have their own client software so that they can be exchanged between anyone and can always be cashed back out at the exchanges so you buy them from the exchanges and then are able to redeem them from the exchanges. Same thing as having a euro balance on btc-e except you can move it!
