How come? I thought block time is 20 minutes.
edit: Just noticed 15 minutes blocktime.

The difficultly was low at the start and that allowed more blocks to be mined but now the difficultly has adjusted so it just my be around 15 minutes per block. I'm still waiting on that last Arkenstone to move to confirmed them I'll have 119 confirmed Arkenstones. I just got lucky.

That's a hashed public key that can be used for every coin with our pool. (so you don't have to get addresses for every coin) It can be generated here, but we consider this feature alpha, so we don't promote it on our site, yet.
