Friend using an old client decided to empty his wallet and give it to me.. it isnt much as you can see, but it never came to me and I would like to find out why.

I have received other money before then. I have not tried this addy before directly. but it is in my wallet.

I dont know much about how to use block explorer that well but searching it gives me a transaction for that addy for today but the amount doesnt match(close but fees dont quite explain it) and he sent it yesterday.

any ideas? was it simply due to the old client?

If the client was old, that'd explain the fee.

As for it not being in your wallet, are you caught up with the blockchain? (Your block count needs to be over 163434 to receive this transaction)
