Actually, there are other reasons why they want signature space. It is good for SEO purposes as well as simple brand recognition. It is not just all about bringing people directly to the site.

nothing is stolen from anyone, $40k was spent on development. If you were with LN form the day 1 you would see how much new things I add to the site and how fast it's evolving while PD3 was promised 6 months ago and still nothing. It's a big difference when you have 4 people working on something full time then 1 developer part time.

As I said, this is not for everyone, if you are into putting some risk and effort in this and in return make serious cash then it's for you.
