We run fully virtualized KVM. All systems are x86_64 (amd64) systems. The disk io system is ssd backed, resulting in significant performance improvements for most users. We have automated provisioning, your VPS will be available immediately after purchase. Deposit bitcoins into your account. Purchase VPS with account balance. It's that simple. https://momentovps.comName | Memory | Harddrive | Transfer Out | Transfer In | Price | Mega | 4096 MB | 50 GB | 300 GB | 1024 GB | See Site | Standard | 2048 MB | 50 GB | 300 GB | 1024 GB | See Site | Starter | 1024 MB | 50 GB | 300 GB | 1024 GB | See Site | Mini | 512 MB | 20 GB | 300 GB | 1024 GB | See Site | Micro | 256 MB | 10 GB | 300 GB | 1024 GB | See Site | http://ns228969.ovh.net/test.bin

As you don't list any terms and conditions, does that mean you reserve the right to randomly shut people down or that anything goes?

If you have an ISO you would like to use I can accommodate that. So if I were to get an ISO from Microsoft Dreamspark I'd be able to have it installed? Which version would work best? I'm interested.

Yes, currently they offer windows server 2008 and the RC2 build. Both have minimum and recommended specifications you should be aware of http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsserver/cc196364

This is pretty good, fast setup, VNC server, 7day commitment.
Took a few moments to realize you have to install the OS over VNC, since the VPS I have used before comes with a running os when you select a image.
Bw, disc io, cpu seems reasonable, and im even on the smallest instance.
Small annoyance to wait for 1 confirmation, and then having the price change, so I needed to send a few bitcents more, and again wait for a confirmation. I would think unconfirmed with no double spends over 30seconds would do? after all if someone pulls off a double spend, and your system is automated, simply shut the server off again and close account.
Also would be useful with a QR code of the bitcoin address somewhere, if using mobile wallet to send some funds.
