If enough cryptocoins become successful in the next 1-100 years, they will have a small chance to change currency as we know it - in to private money and so the governments no longer control the ability of the people to buy / sell, and this ability is becoming more and more vital for survival as the digital society is taking over - the one who controls the flow of money, controls the people. This is not a problem now, but it might be in the future.
Virtual barter is a long shot in the global arena and will most likely fail but if no one try, the chance is lost.

When I've compiled the wallet 437 blocks were already mined, so we've decided to give mining a go and currently mining is working at http://acc.pool.mn However, please bear in mind that we are not 100% sure it is the correct source code.

I think pool.mn prevented an even bigger instamine by launching at block 433. If every pool was to wait until the launch time instamine would be even bigger.
The launch was not perfect, but having a pool running from block 433 is better than having a pool running from block 700.
Moreover, I've posted the guthub link when I've compiled the wallet and saw that the block chain was active but no one bothered to say anything.

This is very bad. Neither code nor wallets should be released Before launch to anyone. We had problems getting the downloads and were, unfortunately slow at start, but we are up and running and we have never, ever, started a pool or mining before launch (even on those occassions when we have had access to the code).

The problem was solved - went to the pool with another computer running a different operating system, and wrote the address of the purse.
I note that the pool of support contacted me very quickly and offered to solve my problem a little bit different way. Very pleased that the team is working as quickly issues users.
