What Problem Does Your Cryptocurrency Solve?
Every successful product launch in the history of the world started by answering this simple, all-important question. If your new cryptocurrency doesn’t solve a problem (and do it much better than alternatives), then what is the point of its existence?
Certainly ‘enriching the Dev‘ is not a problem that needs solving. Certainly, ‘I hate the guys at YaddaYaddaCoin so I’m starting my own’ only solves a personal problem.
Valid and growing cryptocurrencies need to solve universal problems!
Dev,please answer this question!

Valid and growing cryptocurrencies need to solve universal problems!
Dev,please answer this question! I can answer this; If enough cryptocoins become successful in the next 1-100 years, they will have a small chance to change currency as we know it - in to private money and so the governments no longer control the ability of the people to buy / sell, and this ability is becoming more and more vital for survival as the digital society is taking over - the one who controls the flow of money, controls the people. This is not a problem now, but it might be in the future. Virtual barter is a long shot in the global arena and will most likely fail but if no one try, the chance is lost. So it is good to get many coins out even if they seem pointless.

I'm new to the mining community and this is my first post.
To the creators and launchers of Antarcticcoin :-
I feel compelled to write in the forums because of the appalling English used in your announcement. It is meaningless and utter gibberish.
If you seriously want people to take on this and other coins in the future, please, please, please get a person with a solid grasp of the English language to do your translations for you.
This is an English based forum and anyone reading your announcement will simply laugh at the extremely low quality of your statements.
"he slept in the ordinary tourists" "those who try to collapse threatens the existence of mankind" "it will use more of the bounty to incentive to contribute"
I may put "he slept in the ordinary tourists" on a T-shirt and sell them at Glastonbury!
Incorrect and bad English does 2 things :-
1) Suggests the creators are either ignorant or untrustworthy. 2) Pushes away many people who would want to invest if the announcement wasn't so poorly worded.
This is constructive criticism - please sort out your announcement or the coin will become a meme overnight.
Best of luck with the launch.

We've found this source code on github https://github.com/AccCoin/AntarcticcoinWhen I've compiled the wallet 432 blocks were already mined, so we've decided to give mining a go and currently mining is working at http://acc.pool.mn However, please bear in mind that we are not 100% sure it is the correct source code.

Who knows, I just saw a 400Mhs Hashrate and thought I'd better get on it myself. lol What's troubling to me is that this pool is open too: http://acc.suvpool.com/index.php?page=dashboardAnd it's at block 1150 and the one on Pool.mn is at 609 O_o It was certainly a fair launch for the dev and the miners who caught on early though. Assuming these coins won't evaporate if this is an issue.

The coin was launched some time ago. Someone started to mine the coin even before the pool was launched. The pool started at block 433.

At least this coin as lots of legit pools I think pool.mn prevented an even bigger instamine by launching at block 433. If every pool was to wait until the launch time instamine would be even bigger. The launch was not perfect, but having a pool running from block 433 is better than having a pool running from block 700. Moreover, I've posted the guthub link when I've compiled the wallet and saw that the block chain was active but no one bothered to say anything.

At least this coin as lots of legit pools I think pool.mn prevented an even bigger instamine by launching at block 433. If every pool was to wait until the launch time instamine would be even bigger. The launch was not perfect, but having a pool running from block 433 is better than having a pool running from block 700 Yes ,you are the one who had mined a lot before the launch time.

Let us act, if such a coin to the trading site, then the trading site is and developers colluding to deceive the people.
Let us act together to denounce the deceptive coins.

I wrote about the pool on this forum (the pool had 30+ miners when it was launched) and I gave the link to the source code. Would it be better to let the mining go unnoticed?

Guys, this is not the dev premining. The source was on GitHub hours before launch, for anyone to find. Some pool(s) obviously installed it and launched. Take note of the pools in the official list in the OP - these are the problem here.

I've posted the source code once I've found it on github, block chain was on block 433 when I've compiled the wallet and I've decided to launch the pool. I wrote about this in the thread.

Someone else was mining blocks from 250 until 433 (bigger reward blocks) This is very bad. Neither code nor wallets should be released Before launch to anyone. We had problems getting the downloads and were, unfortunately slow at start, but we are up and running and we have never, ever, started a pool or mining before launch (even on those occassions when we have had access to the code).

Doesnt matter if it was fair. What if you find block or two in the beggining ? it will make you reacher ? Try to play on the stock market, and if you are good that will make more coins then mining for a month. Important is, that this coins has succesuful launch, it is immidiatly on BitTrex, has all the stuff that it needs including 23.38 GH/s NET and normal 420 Difficulty.
Keep mining, but forgot about your rig, go to the market and buy, sell, that's the real deal and point.

Guys with pool http://acc.pool.mn problems can not enter personal data for the number of purse payments. I enter the pin code , comes an e-mail with a link to unlock this feature. I pass on the link in your account number fits purse , but after clicking on the "update" button throws me from personal cabinet. When you login ( login and password ) to request unlocking opportunities to enter the number of purse is not possible ( for a while) . Tried yesterday and today with three different browsers - Google Chrome , Internet Explorer and mozila . Ceased to produce coins for the pool because not sure of their receipt.

Best country coin ever! Well continent coin, I guess... 6% premine is to be airdropped to penguins right? This coin's going to melt faster than the polar ice caps. HAR! HAR! Just my thought also when people were asking about the premine. I had the impression it was developed to help the penguin economy and empire. http://myanimelist.net/anime/21809/Kenzen_Robo_Daimidaler
