I think at one point in February it reached 280 Satoshis.

Will it ever see this again, price is just sitting doing nothing for ages now.

well this feb 280 satoshi was due to Wolong pump (and dump:P) ... as for now Dogecoin need to earn it's own value by showing it's true worth.

We must add that expected total circulation of Dogecoin is a huge number...

there will be ~98,437,500,000   on 18 November 2014.

Smiley so perhaps there is possibility that Doge will be worth > 2 μBTC but in my opinion there is no possibility to go higher than 3-4  μBTC ever...

But I might be very wrong Smiley

Nope, unless there is a big improvement in merchant acceptance or another big pump like in Feb. Wink

What about the way they're looking for advertising? ON nascar and building wells in Africa, they're surely on the right track for gaining the peoples attention. It's all a mater of time that the flock will start to follow and adopt doge in everyday use.

Worldcoin did similar things, and look at it now. There are too many coins for Doge to compete with. It did well, remarkably so. But the downtrend in price is probably reflective of people getting out before the price drops.

Of course, it could get a pump again.

Doge has quite popular but its best times are already over - time to look after a new one with big community.

Maybe NEM could be that one!

I think that DOGE is so big community that price will rise someday, but don't believe that over 300 satoshi. But we will se what the future will bring to us  Smiley

no, doge is finished, it was a gimmick, it wasn't funny, but some people clearly found it hilarious. The money men got wind of it, and pumped it. They have been cashing out for 3 months.

Doge is dead, the dev is a millionaire, and evrything is cool ... apart from for the bagholders.

DOGE is bit sporadic and unpredictable.  You never know whats going to happen.

Seeing how ASIC Scrypts coming out it'll probably be hit hard and price might be affected.

It was a nice coin with an incredible big and supporting community for a 1.0 coin.
In the meantime I think Doge has had his glory times and will die in a couple of months like other 1.0 coins, too.

What do you mean exactly with your presumption?

Doge is on place 6 on coinmarketcap. Isn't it enough for a copy-but well supported coin?  Wink

For me doge was just a simple copycat without any future.
So it was just a question WHEN doge is falling to the ground.
The best you can do is selling as long as there are some interested investors.
