What OS are you using? Have you sent any transactions in the past 24 hours before the "hack"? What client are you using? Do you have any antivirus or antimalware software installed?

Sure it didn't just get added to an outgoing transaction as a fee?

What is the transaction ID and the address of this "hack"? Was your wallet encrypted?

Pay attention. Bitcoin address where the stolen money went? Transaction ID? These are not difficult things to do.

Obviously it is, why even ask this question? OP, are you going to provide more information or not?

I doubt a hacker would go after your measly 0.003 btc, but you should probably wipe your computer anyway.

You have a virus/keylogger. Despite what you think that's usually the case. Either that or you fail to understand how txs fees or change works. As a side note - because your not encrypted it is far more likely you got hit by a virus. Generally a Bitcoin-related virus will search for you wallet and upload it and hence because you didn't encrypt they simply swept the inputs into a transaction. In future I would advise having a password, its the least you can do.
