I have found MPEX that has options trading in its FAQ. http://mpex.co/faq.html However, I find the website absolutely horrifying from a user friendliness point of view. Could someone please explain what the price of CALL options are one month into the future and how I could buy them? Also, it says there's a 30 BTC registration fee, is that still in place?

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Seems like a shady site. The WHOIS data says it is registered to someone who lives in a commune in Romania with a polimedia.us email address. The email domain (polimedia.us) is registered to the Texas company Norsena, which was seized by the Texas gov't for failure to pay taxes or some other violation:

https://mycpa.cpa.state.tx.us/coa/servlet/cpa.app.coa.CoaGetTp?Pg=tpid&Search_Nm=norsena%20&Button=search&Search_ID=32044596446

Interestingly the WHOIS records for polimedia.us list an American address but a Romanian phone number. And Norsena also seems to have had questionable business practices in the past, with one user accusing them of ripping him off of 10 BTC:

I dont know if that 30 BTC fee was is still in place, but i'd avoid this Gypsy company.
