Does Anyone Know Any Banks in Europe, Canada, or Mexico with ACH Capability?

Background: I'm not a US Citizen and need to open an account to pay people in USA via ACH for mass payment.
Needed for my BTC business.

Thanks.

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

ACH is just the money transfer system in the US. It doesn't matter how you wire the money, if the bank account is at a US bank, the last stage of the transfer will always be an ACH payment.

For the lowest fees, open an account at a bank that has a US branch (the bank itself can be from the US or not).
