This is in place to protect ourselves and our users. I have sent your concerns to our team and we will look into having it worded differently. We cannot however, get involved with people losing or "claiming" they lost coins through our exchange. This could change in the near future however because we are a small team with limited capital we cannot make this exception at the moment. That is not to say that we don't take our security and our clients needs very seriously. Protection is our number one concern. As for the domain registration etc. this is something else I will forward to our dev team. I agree there should be some transparency there. Again, thank you for your concerns and input. If you're uncomfortable using our exchange we understand however it is just the nature of the industry at this point in time. If you compare with similar exchanges you will notice similar content regarding responsibility of lost coins. Exchanges can be risky.. look at all the ones that have shut down (and some that have reopened) and you should be able to understand why we take this stance. Your input is important to us so please feel free to include recommendations as we move forward.
