How long does air mail take to arrive?

Generally, for those who have received parcels and packages through air mail, how long did it take for it to arrive and clear customs to your home?

there are two many factors to take into consideration, from the type of the mail, countries sent from/to, companies taking care of you delivery .....ect ect, it can take from 2 working days to 7 working days normally, and it should not take over 15 working days, if it does then you need to check the source of the problem sometimes products get stuck in customs, or get lost so be wary

It depends, if its DHL then its fast like 3-7 days, if your talking about china air mail it ganna take months...

Should take from 3 to 20 days, It all depends what service you are using and what kind of mail class you are using. You can get It as fast as In 3 days but you'll need to pay much more.

I've received one a 400€ Sony digital camera within 24hrs from Japan to EU with fedex, only thing is I had to pay 50€ customs in exchange of the product and this was in 2006, at the same I received some small hardware from china in 16days, while on another occasion it was 4 days, so your mileage will vary like I mentioned, the only thing like I mentioned the more you pay for your shipement (better company better plan and stuff) the faster you'll get delivered for sure and most likely you'll receive your package in a good condition

It depends on the Mail Post that it was send.
Air Mail for small letters would take about 4 to 7 days. (Highest charge for sending)
If its Economy Airmail then It may take up to 21 days.
If its send by Sea Mail it can take up to 3 months at its the cheapest

This is difficult question. Once I had to wait 2 weeks, but I guess it is just different based on date and provider.

The weather conditions, service you're using, type of shipping, and the countries are what you should consider. For example:

I remember ordering something. It came via USPS, and in a small package. It was with express shipping, I think, so it would've arrived in 2-3 days. But, the sender was in a European country, and I'm in the States. So that made the duration bounce back a bit. Plus, this was during the winter storms in the States. Meaning, that also took some time off.

So instead of 2-3 days, it turned into 1-2 weeks.

For my regular stuff it takes 3 working days to come to my country, but sometimes it came in 2 weeks since they lost the mail

depend of your country and mail service
in my country if use regular mail service it will take 14-30 businesses day
but if use express just need 3 days to arrive

I recieved after confirmation by 5 to 6 business days and if your shipment was from same country you get in 1 or 2 business days or maybe the same day. Well it sometimes depend on the item

some countries very slow to send.... for e.g Australia to UK is amazingly quick.
but UK to AU can take 1-2 weeks...

anywhere to australia is sooo long.
and it is not customs!! customs cleance is 1-2 days. they even work on sundays.

its the bloody overseas mail that is the problem!!

this question is way too generalized.. too many factors. where is the package coming from? where is it going? which country?

i know for china, it takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. i remember getting mail from somewhere in europe, and it got to me within a week.. yet something from canada took longer than 1 week.
