Hello everybody.  I come in peace, no spam.  I was hoping to talk to someone about paying for advertising on your forum.  Not a horrible looking banner or anything like that.  Just a simple stickied thread.

Can anybody point me in the right direction?  Your forum is suspiciously devoid of all advertising, which makes me think it could be expensive. Smiley

It's not devoid of advertising. You can bid on auctioned slots here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=600133.0 Not sure if they will sell stickied threads, but you're free to create your own and bump it once a day.

Alternatively, you could try signature advertising with users like the one I have. Details of all the different deals can be found here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=333916.0

The only line possible to advertise on appears to be the one just under the main post. it's expensive all right! (I think it's somewhere +3 BTC to get a spot on the round).

As was mentioned, you could start a signature campaign where you pay people to post your ad in their signatures, similar to my current signature for Luckybit. The advantage to this is that you decide how much to pay and how many people to recruit, and your ads won't be blocked by ABP because they're embedded in user's signatures, unlike the regular ads on this site that are usually blocked by ABP.
