I love em. The entertainment value is priceless. The main super donator lost his business to a bk and lost a shitload of Bitcoins. A key member had to resign to go to jail for a financial crime. Another one is an accused pedophile. The lead dev for the group may be a CIA shill. One of them ran to Panama to avoid prosecution for listing and operating an illegal security and unlicensed gaming business in the US. One of them wants to promote blacklisting and turn Bitcoin into PayPal where everything can be tracked and service refused. The list goes on and on. It's a comedy extravaganza.

At first it was amusing with Shrem and Karpeles, but with Brock, just seems like they don't have any moral compass in their selection process.

If these are the people chosen to represent and push and promote Bitcoin, it's a terrible organization.

Voted hate.

these polls are kind of revealing.. the only kind of people who "like" the foundation are probably the members, and we are seeing them vote here. they do have a presence here after all.

Don't forget Ploshay is a jew.

Its funny the stupid shit people say when nobody can see who they are.
Would you make comments like this if everyone knew your name, had your picture, your boss's phone number, and your home address?
Probably not.  You'd have to act like a normal human being like you do when you're in public.  Grow up.

Funny.... would Bitcoin have been created if Satoshi was required to publish his name, picture, boss's phone number and home address?

I thought so..

I don't hate it, but I dislike it and I think it is completely unnecessary for it to exist.

My thoughts exactly.  People who are able to safely express all of their ideas in the open don't have any ideas of their own.

yeah, well, the problem with anonymity is that while people can state their honest opinion without fear of backlash, people can also make statements for the sole purpose of inciting fear and anger.

C. Don't care...I didn't even know there was one so they had zero influence on my embrace of bitcoin.

You say "anti government" like that's a bad thing...

No, of course not. Your motives are in question not your facts. Shock value posting is so "last year". You need to come up with a new schtick. Oops, did I just make a Yiddish reference. Sorry. LOL

I couldn't care less if they existed. Bitcoin will still continue with or without them. Ask yourself, what monumental thing has this "foundation" done for bitcoin? They bring more negative publicity than a positive one.

Is it necessary for one to rotate his schtick yearly?  I was unaware of this.

Besides, I don't know what is so shocking about Ploshay being a jew.  I wasn't shocked when I found out.  Jews love being in control of money.  What about this shocks you?
