So, I thought it was a good idea to use bitmixer.info because bitcoin.it has a list of mixing services and it said bitmixer was free to use. I just sent 0.56 bitcoins there to mix them, and it turns out they have a minimum amount of bitcoins to mix or send them anywhere, which is always bigger than the amount you have. So, basically, bitcoin.it got me scammed and I can't even send them a message asking to take bitmixer.info off the list. Is bitcoin.it even trustworthy at all? I mean, it sure looks ok, with trusted mixing services listed and all, but this one site was a scam and it got me good... Now I have no idea what I'll do, I guess I just lost a good amount of money for being stupid, but I feel bitcoin.it staff has a share of responsibility in it. The least they could do is take that scam site off their list, so others won't fall for it. Otherwise, all I can think is they're a part in this scam, thus making their site not trustworthy at all. Maybe there's a way of reporting them, I don't know, but I'm pretty pissed off right now.

bitcoin.it is just a wiki.  Anyone with edit access can make a change.  Like any other wiki you should always verify the information.  If you open a thread in scam accusation with details of the transaction I will remove them from bitcoin.it (as temporary as that may be).

I will do that. I just found out bitmixer.io, which is pretty similar, is the real deal, but the wiki misled me. I'm not accusing everyone in the wiki, but someone must have put that site on the list. That's pretty lame.

Someone...someone dastardly...like...the site owner? Just because it's in a wiki doesn't mean you should believe it. Try researching shit before being an ignirant nigga.
