addnode=115.28.129.207

I have used these and they will get you to sync. Nodes for Wincoin's wallet are not hardcoded into the wallet and need to be added manually.

Hi guys, i tried exactly that and its still not working. I guess wincoin doesnt want me to update my wallet.

I allowed it through the firewall as well just incase. However i checked the logs in %appdata%\Wincoin and it says alot of the following:
