Hey guys, just downloaded wallet (v1.2) and its not connecting to any nodes. Any ideas? Do i need to add new nodes?

Hey add these to your %appdata% as a Wincoin.conf file

addnode=76.168.111.3
addnode=190.143.38.247
addnode=98.126.73.2
addnode=67.193.56.206
addnode=180.109.184.159
addnode=115.28.129.207

I have used these and they will get you to sync. Nodes for Wincoin's wallet are not hardcoded into the wallet and need to be added manually.

Close the wallet, & delete everything in the %appdata% except the wallet.dat & wincoin.conf file. Then restart the wallet.

Hi guys, i tried exactly that and its still not working. I guess wincoin doesnt want me to update my wallet.

I allowed it through the firewall as well just incase. However i checked the logs in %appdata%\Wincoin and it says alot of the following:

trying connection 67.193.56.206:18330 lastseen=361577.9hrs
trying connection 218.244.139.161:18330 lastseen=98.0hrs
connection timeout
connection timeout
trying connection 180.109.184.159:18330 lastseen=361577.9hrs
trying connection 162.243.231.130:18330 lastseen=116.8hrs

Any other nodes?

I have no prob to sync, here are some of my peers:

Wincoin will explode if these 3 things are done:

1) Dev is active daily on forums
2) Premine is used transparently
3) Create anonymous transactions (see CRY and XC price)

The algorithm and the coin distribution timeline are perfect as is, but without the 3 things listed above, there will be a decline in price.

I would like to run a small promotion and spread some WIN around using my own reserves. I am NOT part of the dev team at all, but think WIN has some great potential and would like to see it on larger exchanges. To do this, we need to keep increasing the trading volume and hashing power!

Promotion rules:
