I made $1,000,000 in just over 2 hours once. It was mostly in altcoin investments.

For real? How recent was this? Were you tipped off or just made a move on instinct?

As in did you get some information from a friend/associate who had insider information on a pump? Either way, to make even a 10th of that in profit requires balls of steel.

You don't need "insider information" to pump a crappy altcoin with $1M lol

Well yeah, that's the thing it wasn't clear how much the investment was, but presumably it was pretty significant figure.

Technically you could say gambling, but I gamble in a very usual way. Made profit; trying a certain strategy. Ill write more if its succesful

You did what many are yet to do; cash out and realise the profits.

Not saying that it is necessarily a bad thing to hold, but if you're in the game of making $$$ then it is only real once you cash out, like you did.

What they say in The Wolf of Wall Street is kind of true, that you only make money on paper until you cash out. Only different is that you can't buy shit with stocks, but you can buy shit with coin

I stumbled on this today in the gambling. It has a 14% daily interest. Seems good to me.

I bought a cutting edge smartphone, a new paddle for my kayak and a new rudder as well. (saved a little bit)

I also bought a btc1k party ticket which I hope I'll get to use.

Technically the most I will have made in a day is yet to come after I get my college fund/ insurance which I will use to get my CDL to become a truck driver (so I can travel and see the world for a couple of years)

It's likely to be in the neighborhood of 15k if I'm lucky. Some will go to my CDL and the rest will probably be living expenses.

Information Coin (ITC) made me earn a nice amount of btc/dollars in few hours, it started to peak after
it was listed into Poloniex and luckily I managed to sell all of them near the top value.

Bah. I was one of the schmucks that used the Microsoft Azure trial to mine Maxcoin on 'launch', if you can call it a launch (it was a launch lol).

It was a massive waste of time and effort. Good on you for making as much as that from that crapcoin.

sometime in the november/december bubble, i got in on a couple big altcoin pumps in the same day -- TRC and XPM.... both seeminly dead coins now. made over 15 bitcoins riding those pumps.
