I was playing this today and got lucky hit 17 with 10 chips. Now I then proceeded to bet 60+ 20 (1.5btc) chip bets to make sure I make fully the wagering requirements.
Well I thought my luck is gonna run out soon so I clicked withdraw I got this message :
 


So I had 310chips left.


I pressed okay then it said it would take back all my chips!
 
It deducted 10 chips from my account but didn't let me cash out.

I went back and tried to withdraw once again and now the withdraw box said I only bet 357 out of 990.

I thought this site is never gonna let me have my chips and I continued to bet until I lose or reach cash out.

I reached cash out after betting another 1.5 btc now I cashed out over 5hrs ago still nothing.

DONT DEPOSIT THIS SITE WILL STEAL YOUR CHIPS

You I turned 0.01 to 360 then with that 360 I made bets of over 60 x 0.02 (so roughly bet 1.5 btc).  No cash out said they would then deducted 10 chips they say they needed for withdrawal but didn't let me withdrawal left me with 300. Tried to withdraw one again then says I only bet 357 of wagering out of 990. So I thought f**K this casino ain't gonna payout S**t. So I bet through until 990 so another roughly 1.5btc (sometimes bets didn't register). Cash out finally when I got over 990. Now 11hours nothing so this site is BS!

Since I already made the betting requirements for that and you also deducted 0.01 for letting me withdrawal but you didn't. I'm happy we got this issue resolved.
You withdrawal was processed within a few hours from the moment you submitted it. We just launched our product as we do not have 24 hours support at this point, hopefully that would change soon but I can assure you that we approved the withdrawal as soon as we entered the office.

Please read the following information carefully:

You've made you're first withdrawal attempt when you had 0.3 bitcoin in your account but since you did not finish your wagering at that point, the only thing that happened was that your bonus of 0.01 was deducted from your account.
Then you kept on playing with the 0.3 bitcoin until you went down to a balance of 0.068 and you've made another withdrawal attempt. at that point you did finish your wagering and the withdrawal was approved.
I have system log that confirms all this information, if you wish to see it please provide me your email address and ill forward it to you.

I thought long and hard to consider if this was a trick, so I bit the bullet and chose the option which deducted the 0.01 from my account. I then thought your casino wasn't going to pay me so I played along to see if you would actually cash out or if that was fake as well. I preceding to make bets again amounting to 1.5btc since some of my bets seem to mysteriously dissappear and not register. So for my payout which I made the bonus requirements on my first withdraw request I had to bet 0.01 to 3 btc which isn't 99x. Sorry If you misunderstood my post.

You are 100% correct with your claims, you should have been able to make a 0.3 bitcoin withdrawal.
